Hello, I’m Maria. I am the photographer and owner of Maria Overlay Photography, based in NWI. I love to capture and create beautiful images in my backyard, local parks, beach, and beyond! My favorite subject is birds, but I also focus on flowers, bugs, and other wildlife! And cannot forget the lovely chickens of mine!

I love to capture natural images as well as create composites I like to consider fine art. I also offer freelance and commissioned art! My images are available in prints with a few different and amazing paper types (learning to print is a whole new world..ha)! 

I also offer canvas prints if you are looking for something on a larger scale and greeting cards on a smaller scale, which make wonderful gifts for loved ones!
